Orders received before 5pm Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays, will be despatched the next day. Orders received on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday will be despatched the following business day.
You will receive an email notification from us once your order has been shipped.
Next-day delivery is generally unavailable to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to these areas will usually take two working days.
We will always try to accommodate special requests such as same day deliveries within the M25. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like a quote.
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally just yet but we hope to in the near future!
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any unexpected situations that arise.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in colour for example).
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org at anytime if you are unhappy with your order.
UNOPENED items in NEW condition may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any opened products.
We will issue refunds if a product is returned due to an allergic reaction, however there must be 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify.
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging.
Please email us at email@example.com for a return authorisation. Please include your name or the name of the recipient, the order number and date of purchase (both can be found on the Sales Receipt/Packing List enclosed in the box.) We will get back to you with instructions on how to complete the return or exchange.
Please note, any postage incurred by returning the item/s to us will not be refunded and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Mum Bub Hub. Of course we will gladly pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Refunds will be sent to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving your item and will exclude the original delivery cost. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account after being sent to you, due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Wholesale returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge on UNOPENED items in NEW condition.
To maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns after 15 days.
