FREE Standard Delivery for orders in the UK
We provide FREE delivery within the United Kingdom. There are alternative postage options: next day delivery and Saturday delivery - these rates can be selected at the checkout once you have entered your delivery address and before you proceed to the payment screen. We also offer International delivery.
All orders received before 5pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that we do not operate on weekends and bank holidays. All orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday will be dispatched on the following Monday (Tuesday on Bank Holidays). Guaranteed next day delivery orders received before 2pm Monday - Thursday, will be dispatched that day for delivery the following day. Orders for guaranteed Saturday delivery must be received before 12pm on Friday. Orders after and on Saturday and Sunday, will be dispatched on Monday (Tuesday on Bank Holidays).
FREE Hermes Delivery within mainland United Kingdom; Approximately 2-5 working days.
European Delivery (£4 - £12.50 )- We dispatch our products internationally. Shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Next-day delivery is generally unavailable to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to these areas will usually take two working days.
We will always try to accommodate special requests such as same day deliveries within the M25. Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like a quote.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES & ITEMS NOT DELIVERED
If items are returned to us after two or more unsuccessful attempts at delivery we may require payment of a redelivery charge based on the original method of delivery.
If an item is not received by you, we must be notified via email or via the "Contact Us" page within 10 days of your estimated delivery date. If we are not notified within this timeframe we will be unable to assist you in locating or replacing your missing item.
Refunds & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org at anytime if you are unhappy with your order.
UNOPENED items in NEW condition may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any opened products.
We will issue refunds if the product is returned due to an allergic reaction however there must be 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify.
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging.
Please email us at email@example.com for a return authorization. Please include your name or the name of the recipient, the order number and date of purchase (both can be found on the Sales Receipt/Packing List enclosed in the box.) A member of the team will get back to you with instructions on how to complete the return or exchange.
Please note, any postage incurred by returning the item/s to us will not be refunded and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Mum Bub Hub. Of course we will gladly pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Refunds will be sent to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving your item and will exclude the original delivery cost. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account after being sent to you, due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Wholesale returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge on UNOPENED items in NEW condition.
To maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns after 15 days.
