UNOPENED items in NEW condition may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price.

1. Login to our returns portal. You will need your order number and email/last 4 digits of your phone number.

2. Once you have processed your return in the portal you're ready to post it off.

3. Repack your items. No packaging, no problem! Just pop your items in something non see-through, sealable & waterproof.

Please make sure there is enough protection/padding for items in glass packaging to ensure it isn't damaged during delivery as we would be unable to refund damaged products.

4. You'll get an email once we receive your returned item.

 

Good to Know...

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on our Maternity Pads if the packaging has been broken or opened. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Once we have received your return you will receive acknowledgement that the return has been processed within 7-10 working days.

Should you not hear from us in this timeframe please contact us and the team will check the status of your order and update you accordingly.

Please ensure you retain proof of postage return for future reference and include this in any correspondence along with your full name and order number.

Please note we can only process your returns once your products have returned to our site. Failure to provide proof will prevent us from processing the return in the event of lost items.
